What we do

High-rise glass is all we do. Every crew member is IRATA- or SPRAT-certified, every project starts with a site walk — and if your current vendor sends a one-line quote, we're the upgrade.

Methods/Services

No two phoenix towers are accessed the same way. Before we quote, we walk your roof, inspect your anchors, and put the access plan in writing.

“They worked off-hours, protected every sightline for our guests, and the view from the suites afterward is remarkable. A best -class partner for a five-star property.."

Priya Shah
GENERAL MANAGER, LUXURY HOTEL

“We moved our entire portfolio to Clean Towers after a single project. The finish speaks for itself."

How do you access a high-rise?

Most buildings are worked from permanent BMUs, engineered rope-access systems, or custom swing-stage rigs. Every project begins with a site walk and a written access plan.

How much does high-rise window cleaning cost in Phoenix?

Pricing depends on drop count, access method, glass condition, and frequency. A written, line-item proposal follows every site walk — most within one week. Recurring maintenance schedules price significantly below one-time cleans.

Are your crews certified and insured?

Every climber is IRATA- or SPRAT-certified and OSHA-trained. Rigging is inspected before every shift, and all work is covered by full liability and workers' compensation.

What does a proposal include?

A written scope of work, access plan, crew and equipment list, insurance certificates, schedule, and line-item pricing. Nothing is assumed — it's all documented before we begin.

How long does a high-rise project take?

A typical thirty-story tower runs five to ten working days, depending on glass condition, access method, and weather. Every project is quoted individually after a site walk.

How often should a Phoenix high-rise be cleaned?

Most Class A towers in the Valley run two to four exterior cleanings per year. Buildings near freeways, construction, or heavy irrigation may need quarterly service to prevent mineral etching — hard-water treatment is included on every service.
