Most buildings are worked from permanent BMUs, engineered rope-access systems, or custom swing-stage rigs. Every project begins with a site walk and a written access plan.
Pricing depends on drop count, access method, glass condition, and frequency. A written, line-item proposal follows every site walk — most within one week. Recurring maintenance schedules price significantly below one-time cleans.
Every climber is IRATA- or SPRAT-certified and OSHA-trained. Rigging is inspected before every shift, and all work is covered by full liability and workers' compensation.

A typical thirty-story tower runs five to ten working days, depending on glass condition, access method, and weather. Every project is quoted individually after a site walk.
