Scottsdale doesn't have a lot of buildings that can afford to look ordinary. The Fashion Square corridor, Old Town's hospitality flagships, and the Class A office towers along Scottsdale Road operate to a visible standard — and their window cleaners have to match it. Clean Towers works throughout Scottsdale on a schedule built around the one thing every property here has in common: guests and residents who notice everything.

The buildings that set the standard.

Our Scottsdale portfolio spans three distinct property tiers: five-star hospitality in Old Town, Class A office in the Scottsdale Airpark, and luxury residential in North Scottsdale. We don't publish building names online for confidentiality reasons, but we're happy to share references from any of these segments during a site walk. Representative engagements: - Five-star resort property — Old Town, quarterly maintenance - Class A office portfolio — Scottsdale Airpark, 4 buildings - Luxury residential high-rise — North Scottsdale, ongoing contract - Retail flagship — Fashion Square district

What makes Scottsdale different.

Scottsdale's cleaning environment differs from central Phoenix in three specific ways: Hospitality scheduling. Resort and hotel properties run at high occupancy year-round, with shoulder seasons shorter than most markets. We schedule around guest traffic, conference bookings, and pool-deck access — cleaning windows at 4 AM if that's what keeps a $900-a-night view room undisturbed. Dust from surrounding desert. Properties bordering McDowell Sonoran Preserve and the open land north of Loop 101 take on significantly more fine dust than downtown buildings. We recommend more frequent cleaning cadences for these addresses and price them accordingly. Architectural variety. Scottsdale buildings range from 1960s mid-century commercial to modern glass curtain-wall towers to Spanish Colonial stucco with inset punch windows. We bring method crews trained for each — rope access for the modern towers, water-fed pole for the resort mid-rises, specialty restoration for historic properties.
