Downtown Phoenix is where the city looks tallest — and where the glass tells the story. We service the Central Avenue residential corridor, the commercial towers on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Streets, and the institutional buildings around the courthouse district. Downtown is our backyard; we know the freight-elevator rules of the major towers and the construction schedule of every one still rising.

The Buildings We Serve

The full mix of the urban core: luxury residential on Central, commercial Class A along 1st and 2nd Streets, hospitality near the convention center, and civic buildings in the government district.

What Makes Downtown Different

Light rail dust. The Central Avenue corridor sees more construction and transit-related fine particulate than almost anywhere in the city. Buildings within two blocks of the light rail benefit from more aggressive cleaning frequencies — we've measured it.

Sidewalk safety and permits. Downtown rope-access work frequently requires sidewalk closures, city permits, and coordination with adjacent properties. We handle the entire permitting process in-house, including traffic control and public-notice coordination with the City of Phoenix.

Resident and tenant access. Residential towers downtown run at high occupancy year-round. We stage work around early-morning service hours, coordinate with concierge staff, and deliver resident notices a week ahead of scheduled cleanings.

Where We Work Downtown

The Central Avenue corridor, the downtown core, the Warehouse District, Roosevelt Row, Evans Churchill, the Government Mall, and the convention center district.
