Our Work
First impressions start at the glass.
the reality

Glass in phoenix doesn't stay clean on it's own. Hard water, monsoons, and UV work against it every day. We keep ahead of all three

01

High-Rise Residential

Project — 44 Monroe

The tallest residential building in Arizona, 44 Monroe called us in 2022 with a unique problem. When their Building's Maintenance Unit (BMU) went down, the management reached out to Clean Towers needing a fast solution before residents were left staring through streaked, weather-worn glass.
Our certified rope descent crew mobilized from the roof anchors and rappelled the full height of the tower, cleaning eeach pane to a streak-free finish — no reliance on the building's onboard equipment. 44 Monroe got its skyline views back on schedule.

Class A Office

Project — Cityscape

A centerpiece of downtown phoenix — Cityscape Towers with it's premier tenants and ground-floor retail, it's flat glass facade made it an ideal candidate for swing stage operations, allowing efficient coverage of broad vertical sections

Red Development took over the property and called Clean Towers for service. On the interior side, we scheduled all work before offices opened moving floor-by-floor.

Tenants arrived to spotless windows and zero disruption to their workday.

03

Multi-Family Complex

Project — OSV

Optima Sonoran Village reached out to Clean Towers needing all five buildings of their complex serviced with unique design features. Their signature horizontal louvers that extend out over the windows.

Our crews tackled the louvers first by hand, clearing dust and buildup, then cleaned each window behind them individually, ensuring nothing dripped back onto fresh glass. The result: gallery-quality clarity restored across every building in the complex.

04

Construction

Project — Cityscape

Layton Construction reached out to Clean Towers for Central Station — the largest mixed-use project completed in Phoenix in 2025 — with a unique challenge. The building's distinctive architectural ledges broke up the facade in ways no swing stage could navigate around.
Our team designed a custom approach combining technical rope transfers between anchor points with extended water-fed pole work, allowing certified technicians to access every ledge, recess, and offset surface safely. The result: a true streak-free finish across one of the most complex facades in downtown Phoenix.

05

Historic

Project — Luhrs

Luhrs Tower — a 14-story Art Deco landmark built in 1929 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places — reached out to Clean Towers needing service on their French-paned balconies, which sit beneath a dramatic 7-foot overhang impossible to reach by conventional means.
Our certified rope technicians performed a highly technical swing-in, pendulum-ing under the overhang to hand-clean each pane. Using gentle pure-water methods and soft tooling, we restored the glass to a streak-free finish while preserving every piece of the tower's 1929 historic integrity.

06

Malls/ Shopping Centers

Project — Arrowhead Mall

This client reached out to Clean Towers needing help with their distinctive pyramid-shaped window features and aging skylights, which had developed years of buildup from Arizona sun, dust, and monsoon residue. Standard ladder and lift methods couldn't safely reach the angled glass.
Our crew deployed specialized water-fed poles to access every pane of the pyramids and skylights without compromising the architecture below. The result: restored daylighting flowing into the interior common areas, a brighter shopping environment for tenants and guests, and a renewed first impression for the property.
