Commercial window cleaning for the whole Valley — offices, hotels, medical facilities, retail centers, and multifamily communities, from single-story storefronts to skyline towers, cleaned by the same certified crews trusted on Phoenix's tallest buildings.

Most commercial cleaners top out at four stories. Most high-rise firms won't touch a storefront. We built Clean Towers to cover the full portfolio — early-morning, evening, and weekend crews included — so property managers with mixed assets stop juggling vendors.
Storefront to skyline: hand and purified-water cleaning at ground level, water-fed poles to six stories, rope access and swing stage above — one vendor for every elevation.
“They worked off-hours, protected every sightline for our guests, and the view from the suites afterward is remarkable. A best -class partner for a five-star property.."

“We moved our entire portfolio to Clean Towers after a single project. The finish speaks for itself."

Yes — early mornings, evenings, and weekends at no scheduling premium for recurring clients. We work in sequenced sections so entrances stay open, and coordinate directly with your on-site engineer or day porter.
Storefronts and small offices are typically quoted per pane or per visit; larger buildings are scoped per elevation after a free site walk. Recurring schedules always price below one-time service.
Every climber is IRATA- or SPRAT-certified and OSHA-trained. Rigging is inspected before every shift, and all work is covered by full liability and workers' compensation.
A written scope of work, access plan, crew and equipment list, insurance certificates, schedule, and line-item pricing. Nothing is assumed — it's all documented before we begin.
That's exactly what we're built for. Most commercial cleaners top out at four stories; most high-rise firms won't touch a storefront. One proposal, one vendor, one standard across the portfolio.
High-traffic retail and restaurants: monthly. Standard offices: quarterly. Buildings near construction or freeways: every 4–8 weeks to stay ahead of mineral bonding.
Put your portfolio on a schedule. Send us an address list — we'll walk each property, deliver one written scope, and lock your pricing.
